Responsibilities:

1£®To help Vice President develop a comprehensive strategy for domestic sales;

2£®Formulate and organize the implementation of the full sales programme;

3£®Management of sales staff, helping to build, develop and train sales force,

      organize regular training for sales staff;

4£®Organize departments to develop multiple sales methods,leading teams to

      achieve sales target as planned.

Requirements

1£®Above the college education, marketing and business management

      professionals;

2£®A software or hardware industry direct marketing team experience,more

      than two years of management experience;

3£®Have an independent organization, planning capability;

4£®With keen insight into the ability of the market, know how to team

      operating cost accounting, control, reasonable allocation of operating costs;

5£®Have strong communication, coordination, and be good at internal incentive;

6£®Strong compression capability, powerful willing to accept higher challenge.
